Once that’s done, after our approval, you will get a RTMP streaming link which you can configure with any of your streaming devices such as your mobile phone, a webcam or a computer using OBS, Zoom, Encoder or any of these types of software. Don’t worry! We will help you set all up, even though you are in another state or country. There are no contracts or hidden fees to use our platform. Registering and performing is free. Performer or Producer will also be FREE to perform any copyrighted music since we are protected against any claim or penalties. After Event is completed, we would only charge 20% of the online tickets sales revenue since we include all the services listed in We Offer section. In case Performer or Producer don’t want to sell any online tickets for his event, we would charge then a one-time fee or, in case of booking several events, a low amount monthly subscription that will also include all our services. We also offer in-person streaming crew and equipment services at a small extra cost in case of request by Performer or Producer.

With YouTube or other platforms such as Facebook & Instagram you cannot monetize or secure the access to your live stream as it will be publicly accessible by anyone. Also, you will be penalized if you perform copyrighted music, and your streaming will be shot down at any moment among other drawbacks. In case of Caro Entertainment, you will be able to restrict your live and on demand streaming to only those people who have registered or purchased tickets for your events, you will be free to perform all types of copyrighted music as well as you will receive the information from your online ticket buyers like the name, email & phone numbers so you can keep it for your record and future performances.

Yes! We will publish your upcoming event at our home page, accessible for purchasing in advance the online tickets, as well as you will get a shareable page link to promote your Event to all your social media, through email campaigns or any type of advertising. Every time an online ticket for your Event is purchased you will instantly receive an email with the buyer’s
information and quantity of online tickets purchased. This way you can track in real-time all your sales! After
Event has ended, we will email you a PDF report with the revenue amount obtained minus our 20% services fee
in case you used the monetization. Money transfer will arrive at your designated bank account instantly or
between 12 to 24 hours maximum.

If you have a powerful and reliable hosting service at your website that can support many viewers at the same time during a live streaming, then… Yes. We only would need to get in contact with your programmer or website developer so we can embed the player and other features. Please be advice we will not be responsible for any glitches or failures during the streaming since it would be performing outside our platform.

You can stream all you want from a time range of 10 min to 3 hours! If your event is longer than 3 hours, don’t worry are flexible and we can accommodate ourselves to your Events needs and characteristics.
